I've been enjoying The Last of Us lately, and I've been incorporating these mushrooms into my diet for years. They do a good job of supporting internal functions. However, I'd advise against starting to eat them and then watching The Last of Us.

This is a high quality cordyceps supplement, though unfortunately for me I began taking it right before starting to watch The Last Of Us! lol. Despite that, I did continue taking them, though I'm really not too sure how much benefit they're having. I certainly haven't noticed anything detrimental while taking it. I do believe that many species of mushrooms offer fantastic health support and benefits, but understand that it takes time to see differences from most health supplements.

I use it as a meal supplement to enhance energy levels naturally. Not easy to find in Canada.
