Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email or text within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It will contain the tracking number(s) for your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated on the website.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at longevity@recontour.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
