Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email or text within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It will contain the tracking number(s) for your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated on the website.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at customerservice@longevitybotanicals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Longevity Botanicals USA: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.
