Wholesale and custom formulations: Email b2b@recontour.io. This is the address for formulators, cafés and resellers ordering in volume.
Before you write to us: Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days, then take 2 to 6 business days to arrive. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to start updating. Returns stay open for 30 days from the day your order arrives. The full detail is in the shipping policy and the refund policy.
Dosage and health questions: We can tell you what is in a product and how it is usually taken, but we cannot give medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, check with your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.
