Three capsules with water. No scoop, no taste, nothing to mix.

Mushroom capsules are for people who want the extract without the taste. Three capsules make a serving, so a 120-capsule bottle lasts 40 days and a 240-capsule bottle lasts 80. Choose from seven single mushrooms in capsules, including Lion's Mane at 8:1 and Reishi at 10:1, plus Super Six and Power 15 in 90-capsule bottles. Every batch is tested for beta-D glucans.
