I wanted to try this for a week before writing about it. I bought it for the beautification properties and for the inflammation relief. I make a paste and apply it to my face. I leave on for 30 minutes. It does not take much. My skin is so soft and had no reaction. I like the idea of adding such good amino acids and vitamins to my skin. My vegan nephew uses some in smoothies. The taste is mild and not even noticeable.I did not realize I had received it initially. The packaging was no non-descriptive. I will probably order more.
