My usual practice is to sprinkle it on a spoonful of food at suppertime.

The cordyceps in this product is cultivated under controlled conditions in a factory, unlike the wild-grown fungi that can be exceptionally expensive. The wild type often exceeds $20,000 per kilogram, making it the priciest mushroom globally. However, I believe this product likely contains a high concentration of cordycepin, the sought-after active ingredient in this fungus. It's probable that the fungus was cultivated on a wood substrate, which is acceptable, although it may not yield as much as liquid cultivation. Nevertheless, I find this cordyceps powder supplement to be excellent, and I appreciate the opportunity to review it. I have reservations about various companies, and the price seems too good to be true. However, I'm going on faith as a consumer in this day and age. The concerning part is that all the mushrooms are grown in CHINA, and I'm looking to shift away due to trust issues and concerns about their environment. Fortunately, I found a grower of organic aronia powder from Iowa. I wish I could find a similar source for mushrooms in my diet.
