Our single-mushroom powders are extractions from 100% fruiting body of the mushrooms. Hot water extraction is the only way to isolate all the nutrients, and our powders contain no other ingredients beyond the extracted fruiting body. (Note: the 15 Mushroom Power Blend is the exception — see its product section below.)

For a daily dosage, take 1 scoop mixed into your tea, coffee, or favorite smoothie, or sprinkle it over a recipe. For a therapeutic dosage you can take 2 scoops, or as recommended by your healthcare advisor.

The ratio is 10:1 for all the mushrooms, except for Lion's Mane which is 8:1.

During extraction we use a vacuum drying process.

The temperature is kept between 50–60 °C.

Our products are ready for consumption — you can stir them into honey, tea, coffee, smoothies, or recipes. They do not need to be decocted.

Tremella is known for being good for skin care and we have customers who use it that way. However, we do not guarantee that it will work as expected.

We test our mushrooms for human consumption. Unfortunately, we do not have data regarding product safety in pets such as dogs or cats.

For this product we guarantee that the Beta-D-Glucans are greater than 50%. Each batch produced may have a slightly different potency, but it will never be less than 50%.

All of our products should ship with a scoop. If yours is missing, it may have been missed during the filling and packaging process. Please contact us and we'll make it right.

The bulk density differs from mushroom to mushroom, so the same scoop volume will weigh different amounts across products. The total net weight of every pouch is the same (100 g) — it's just that denser powders take up less volume in the bag.

Approximately 1/3 of a teaspoon (recommended dosage is 1.6 grams).

While almost all of our products are 100% organic fruiting body extracts, the Organic 15 Mushroom Blend is a special blend of organic fruiting bodies and mycelium. Producing this product with only organic fruiting bodies would make the sale price prohibitive.

Importantly, our mycelium is grown using a liquid fermentation process — meaning it is grown in liquid with zero filler, giving pure mycelium. Products grown on rice or grains can be up to 70% useless filler.

This product has 15% Beta-D-Glucans, which is the ingredient you should be looking for. Most other brands only show the percentage of polysaccharides, which can include rice and grains that have no value.

The exact amount of each mushroom is shown on the back of the package. The blend contains equal parts of all 15 mushrooms, or 106.6 mg per mushroom per serving.

No — the Power Blend 15 Mushroom supplement does not contain caffeine.

Our Power Blend 15 Mushrooms offers 106.6 mg of 15 of the most well-known adaptogenic mushrooms. All the mushrooms — except Lion's Mane and Turkey Tail — are fermented mycelium. If you are looking for a higher percentage of Beta-D-Glucans, we also offer our Super Six Blend, which delivers 30% Beta-D-Glucans with all 100% fruiting bodies.

We state all the ingredients and the percentage of Beta-D-Glucans on our supplement facts label, but we do not measure for carbs or calories. Thank you for trusting our products.

Liquid fermentation refers to the production of mycelium in a tank of sterilized liquid nutrient media. The advantage is that it is highly standardized, and the final product is pure mycelium — without the residual grains or substrates you get from solid-state fermentation.

No refrigeration is needed. Simply keep it out of direct sunlight and store it in a cool place.

Our Organic Turkey Tail Mushroom Capsules contain 300 mg each. We recommend a serving size of three capsules per day, which equals 900 mg of Turkey Tail.

Organic piperine is less than 1% of the product — a little goes a long way!

The color of Turkey Tail depends on the type of polysaccharide. Our product contains >50% Beta-D-Glucans, which is what gives it the gray color.

Each capsule contains 300 mg of Turkey Tail. The capsule size is standard but the density of each mushroom powder varies. In this case, 300 mg of Turkey Tail powder fills about 3/4 of the capsule.

Mushrooms are low in carbs, so if you define "keto friendly" as including low-carb foods — as many people do — then yes, they are keto friendly.

No — none of our Tremella products (and none of our products generally) are fermented.

Yes, Maitake powder works well in recipes. You can mix it into your tea, coffee, or smoothie, or sprinkle it over a salad or other dish.

Our Red Reishi is the species Ganoderma lucidum — the same species that most mushroom extract companies sell. Some people call it Red Reishi because of its intense red color.

Our Red Reishi is a unique Juncao Reishi, which is grown on herbs.

Yes.

Our Agarikon powder is made from Agarikon that is harvested in the wild, not farmed. Because it is not grown in a controlled environment, it cannot be certified organic.
