This was helpful when I took along with another medication. Turkey Tail amplifies the effects of some medication. It definitely helped with further rebuilding my immune system afterwards. Great product.

I began my journey searching for a product to help my husband with his rising PSA levels, and is being sent for a biopsy. My search led to Turkey tail mushroom. Further research led me to the benefits of turkey tail for everyone in my family. Then the complex research began. How do you properly extract? What part of the mushroom do you use? Who has the best extracts? I chose longevity botanicals because I believe they have the most transparent and informative labeling, also, I reached out with a few questions and they were prompt in their response. Great customer service!!
I personally have IBS, and arthritis. Most mornings I have to get out of bed because my back hurts so bad. I may be a little overzealous in my approach, however, began taking four capsules in the morning and four in the evening. Day 5 I ate trigger foods for my IBS, no reaction, this is a positive !! Day 6 I woke up without a pain in my back!! I am so pleased!

Have read a lot about benefits of mushrooms (not the ones that help your find your spirit animal) so decided to give these a try. Reasonable expectation to take these for a month or so to determine benefit and purported benefits. Time will tell.

The capsules are very small, smaller than most herbal supplements are but the daily dose is four of them. I'm only taking one for now as this is my first time using this and I am already using a few other things in my daily routine. There is no flavor and no "burps" that come with this, like other supplements of this nature. I will probably increase the dose over time but so far the effects I'm noticing are mild and I'm pleased with them.

I really noticed a difference with these after 3 days, taking two in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.-I know the serving is 4 per day, but with my job/schedule, I am only eating a light lunch and a dinner, so I do not have to cover a full meal spread like some might.These make me feel light in the gut, and as a result, I feel more energetic. I liked them and immediately bought the BOGO promotion they were running after I finished my first bottle.-I agree that for a single mushroom, these are pricey. I might check out Longevity Botanicals other blends and get something that has turkey tail as well as other mushrooms in it.
