I have NOT received my 1st monthly subscription order. I emailed and the response was for me to contact the Post Office and NOT how can we help you fix this issue BUT HUNT DOWN MY PURCHASE when I did not hire the Postal Service, I did not RECIEVE MY ORDER!!!!! The Post Office claims delivered (NOT TO MY BOX) and can NOT say which postal box the IDIOT place it in and whom received it. Love the product and need it medical condition. Unfortunately, its been 2 week and this company has done nothing NOT EVEN contacted me back to resolve their delivery issue. YOU NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
