I'm well acquainted with the magic of Lion's Mane mushrooms, which greatly assist in enhancing focus and mental clarity. As someone dealing with ADHD, the need for improved focus is crucial for me. I've incorporated a scoop of this blend into my morning coffee, and in terms of taste, I couldn't even detect any additional flavor. However, the effects were certainly noticeable! I felt more mentally alert and ready to tackle my bike ride to work. Later in the day, when I needed a little boost before my workout, I added some to my electrolytes, and voila! The energy was there. This is truly an amazing mushroom blend mix.

I usually opt for mushroom extracts in capsule form, so I was a bit hesitant to try it in powder form. Among the two mushroom extracts from this brand, this is the one I might skip if you're concerned about taste. However, it offers good value compared to other mushroom extracts I've tried. Considering the amount of extract per serving and the similar prices, it's a cost-effective option. It comes with a tiny measuring spoon, and I mixed it into a glass of water. Unlike their Reishi Ultra variety, this blend has a stronger taste, with an earthy base and some noticeable bitterness. It's not unbearable, but if taste is a crucial factor, it may not be the best choice. Unfortunately, the package lacks clarity on ingredient sourcing and where it's packaged, although I assume it's in the USA. Another brand I've used provides clearer information on these aspects.

EMPEROR'S FOUR BLEND MUSHROOM POWDER seems to be nicely formulated. It contains 4 of the most popular mushrooms: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga. I add the power into my coffee and it is blended nicely with coffee through vigorous stirring. It makes my coffee a little bitter but not so much that I will be concerned. My energy may be improved a little bit but I have to wait and see if the mushroom power really does anything positive. At least, I haven't had any negative effects.
