I have recently started researching the benefits of mushrooms. I like that this has a blend of several popular varieties that have many benefits for your health. Unlike most supplements, this gives the amount of each mushroom, that is a huge plus! This seems to have a good percentage of each. They are a normal size capsule that are easy to swallow with no upset stomach or bad after taste.

I like the wide variety of mushrooms included in this mushroom supplement and am always glad to see Chaga mushroom included. I buy Chaga separately as a powder because it is so incredibly good for the immune system. All of these mushrooms in this supplement are extremely good for health. Hubs and I have been taking a blend of powdered mushrooms everyday in our morning coffees for the past 2 years and so far have not gotten the least bit sick with any cold or flu virus. I think this is an excellent powdered mushroom supplement with some of the best mushrooms for good health.

These are very easy to swallow, and give you a good daily dose of a wide variety of the most beneficial therapeutic mushrooms. They are also very subtle in flavor so are good for people that don't like the mushroomy taste of certain supplements

I am very pleased with this mushroom supplement by Longevity Botanicals.Mushrooms work for helping me with memory, cognition and speech patterns at 70. I had been taking two different brands to include all the mushroom varieties necessary but this Longevity Botanicals version contains all my requirements in one dose. The capsules are easy to swallow and well made.I expect the same or better results with this brand and will advise at a later date if their are any problems.Right now I am very, very happy with this item---thank you!
