Returns and refunds

Our supplements are food. Once a bag or jar has been opened we cannot take it back or sell it again, so the rules depend on whether the seal is intact.

Unopened products: 30 days to change your mind

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery if its seal is unbroken and it is in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email customerservice@longevitybotanicals.com and wait for our reply before sending anything. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

In the United States and Canada, we send you a return label and instructions once your return is accepted. In the United Kingdom and the European Union, you pay the cost of sending the product back, and we tell you where to send it.

Opened products

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or unsealed products back for a change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: covered even if opened

If a product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or something is wrong with what is inside (for example it smells or tastes spoiled, has been contaminated or damaged by moisture, or does not match its label), email customerservice@longevitybotanicals.com with your order number and photos as soon as you notice. We replace it or refund you, even if it has been opened, and we cover the cost of any return we ask for.

Refunds

We let you know once we have received and checked your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union

You also have a legal right to cancel, explained below. Because our supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, that right ends for an item once you open its seal after delivery. Unopened items can be cancelled and returned as explained below.

If you live in the European Union

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Recontour, Inc., 27 Sedgwick Drive, Englewood, CO 80113, United States, +1 857 205 2831, customerservice@longevitybotanicals.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or DICE, 34 Avenue de la Demi Lune, 95700 Roissy-en-France, France, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Legal guarantee

If you live in the European Union, you have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery (3 years in Spain and Sweden). If an item is faulty or not as described, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced, or, if that is not possible, for a price reduction or a refund. This guarantee applies in addition to our own return policy and warranty.

If you live in the United Kingdom

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If you order several items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us your decision with a clear statement, by email to customerservice@longevitybotanicals.com, by post to Recontour, Inc., 27 Sedgwick Drive, Englewood, CO 80113, United States, or by phone on +1 857 205 2831. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the cancellation period ends.

What happens when you cancel

We will refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling. We do not refund the extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than our standard one. We refund to the payment method you used, at no charge to you. We may wait to refund until we receive the goods back or you show us you have sent them, whichever comes first.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, to the UK return address we give you when you contact us. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them.
