First and formost - Longevity Botanicals is a great little company. The product was shipped fast and came sealed and not damaged. You are supposed to take 4 of the pills a day and the bottle has 120 so (math) you have a 30 day supply. Which, if this product works, is a pretty good deal for the price point. I think that this would have to be taken for an extended amount of time to fully judge the effects of it, but it's worth a shot. The pills are easy to swallow and didn't have an aftertaste at all. There are a lot of benefits to lions mane such as: protecting against dementia, reduce mild symptoms of anxiety and depression and help repair nerve damage. For me, if these pills work - it's worth the money.

Firstly how amazing is the care that went into the package with the note I’ll only be buying from this company when it comes to mushrooms powders. Two pills first thing in the morning (600mg) on an empty stomach is MORE than enough to get the brain going to similar effects of caffeine. No crash throughout the day either. I like to stack this with a mushroom coffee mix. Energy, focus, clarity of thought, all within the the first hour of ingesting once your body breaks it down and start using the fungi as brain power I fully standby this company’s quality of products

They took down and reposted this product getting rid of my last review so I'll put it back up here. we've had this product on subscribe and save for at least a year now and the product has changed. I'm they're putting cocoa powder in which some products do to boost the effectiveness of it but it does not list it in the ingredients saying it's pure Lions mane but that doesn't line up with the sudden change in color taste and consistency (that of cocoa having been added) not listing all indredients is illegal and dangerous. And as for being more effective, I don't feel like the adulterated version is more effective, quite the opposite. I think we'll be moving on from Longevity as we don't like being duped and lied to. I've posted pictures and you can see the difference in color from the original product to the one we started receiving. They slapped a sticker over the label on the new product for some reason. The brownish powder is the new stuff you can see the nice golden color of the powder we were getting. The brown stuff gets even darker in color when mixed with water.
