Organic Tremella Capsules Mushroom 10:1 Extract (120 Count) Skin Hydration Redefined

I won't be purchasing these again! The capsules are only about 1/4th filled and definitely failed the "pinch test" as there was very little powdered substance in them. There was more airspace than product. Further, the tremella is sourced from CHINA...there's no reason it can't be grown and sourced in Canada or the US. Placing the powdered contents of 3 capsules on a jeweler's scale, the weight came to 1Gm...now let's factor in that there are "other ingredients" in these capsules, namely; silicon dioxide, an anti-caking agent, and microcristaline cellulose, also a anti-caking agent and bulking agent derived from wood pulp, plus the gelatin capsule itself. So if a dose is 3 capsules/day...you won't know how much extracted Tremella fruiting body you're actually getting...but apparently it won't be much! This is just way questionable and expensive for me to maintain, plus totally turned off by the ad stating "pure tremella fruiting body" when obviously it's not; they just don't use the mycelium, which are the roots of the mushroom...but do use bulking and anti-caking ingredients. Sorry...that's a big NOPE for me.

These Tremella Mushroom capsules are marketed for their longevity benefits. However, beauty and longevity are difficult things to quantify, but I can tell you that my sleep has greatly improved. I've gone from 11% deep sleep, before taking these capsules, to roughly 15% since taking these capsules. Of course, byproducts of better sleep are improved focused, concentration, and better looking appearance. This is definitely one of those supplements where you can see and feel the results. Lastly, the three-capsules serving is easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any negative side-effects. I definitely recommend these.

I had never heard of this Tremella which as a supplement nerd is something that does not happen often. And considering I absolutely love the health benefits the various mushrooms may have this is definitely a rarity that is exciting for me to try. Supposedly it (Tremella) has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years with anti-aging skin care as one of the many uses. A very interesting study I came across which was dated 2021 suggested that they think Tremella has the ability to alter genes expression in skin cells in ways that increase collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid in skin fibroblast. To say that could be possibly helpful is a massive understatement IMO. There is much info discussing how much Tremella appears to benefit collagen with it being very comparable to hyaluronic acid. So yes a skin care enthusiast I am in super excited to come across this supplement and try it. I will be stacking it with my oral hyaluronic acid. Here are the pluses I see with the brand. First they micronized it which means it was reduced in size so hopefully your body can absorb it and utilize it. I really like to see that. I also like to see USDA organic which this brand is, as I believe your body prefers it that way. Do note this used a hot water extraction method that I am familiar with in collagen. It avoids whole substance being converted to powder which usually includes a lot of inert ingredients. With hot water extraction it is mostly only beneficial ingredients that are pulled out so you get the potent part that actually may have a meaningful effect. Now I prefer third party lab tested and this does state independent lab tested but I see no way to view the COA (certificate of analysis). I am very happy to see it is supposedly over 10% with Beta Glucans with cold weather approaching and people staying insides more. I really like helping my immune system with Beta Glucans. I love to support small business's and this company is listed as one. I notice they took many expensive steps with this product to make it top quality that many big companies don't do which is very impressive IMO. I had no sides with these and they were easy to take. The item was smaller than expected, but it arrived on time and in good condition. I like the included scooper, so that I don't have to estimate how much to add. It doesn't blend well with a spoon in cold or hot beverages. In the blender, however, it mixes very well. Smoothies were thick and delicious. Green tea had a nutty flavor. On two separate occasions after drinking the tea and smoothie, they calmed my stomach. I suffer from acid reflux. I have noticed a change in my skin. I had a rough patch of skin on my left dorsal muscle. That is now gone after drinking Tremella for two days. My hands have stopped cracking and peeling. I was also having a swollen ankle which has finally gone down. Tremella does the body good. I've recommended it to my family and friends.

Recommended!!! Go for it - it works wonders… this is what will plump & hydrate your skin. I came across the asian beauty soup and it’s main ingredient is the Tremella. I made and tried a few batched and saw the benefits and potential for it’s skin rejuvenating properties. While the beauty soup worked wonders (consisting of tremella, jujube - red dates, gogy berries & peach tree gum) it’s time consuming to prepare and impractical to have every single day. I searched for an alternative and this Tremella powdered it absolutely perfect, same happy rusults (hydrated, plump skin that has a palpable elasticity (collagen production from the inside). This is not only in your face we are talking legs arms abs! I’m at my 3rd pack and I simply mix it in with my morning oatmeal as it has a sweet earthy taste ! Or a a wellness shot (hot water mix)… just don't mix with coffee as these two don’t taste good together. Though I’m health conscious with a balance diet, weight exercise every day I seriously don’t drink enough water so the results were visible in 2 days!!! Regarding the best way to not get lumps … place the scooped product in a bowl and ad a small amount of hot water then mix vigorously all the powder lumps will dilute and then you can add water if needed.

this product is useful for us as it is very convenient to put in a smoothie or mix with oil or butter to make a spread for sandwich. It is very nutritious and it is not grainy and substance. It’s very powdered smooth.

Although the supplements are expensive there is a definite improvement in the appearance of my skin. I am 70 and the lines that were starting to become wrinkles and deepen are actually smoother? I was not expecting that. I was hoping they would not get worse. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no flavour. I am never ill so I am not sure what they may be doing for my immune system. Things do take time. I am on my second bottle so am anticipating positive anti-inflammatory results.

After 6 months of taking I will discontinue since I see no benefits. And it's very hard to ingest. It does not stir into liquids and sticks in your mouth.

The quality is great. The powder is fluffy like fresh snowfall. The 1 kilogram bag has a lead time of 4-5 weeks but is totally worth the wait. Everything else they make is amazing.
