This is my 3rd and Out of curiosity I weighed it just to see if there is in fact 3.5 oz in it and it does! 😃 I love that it also comes with a scoop and half the cost. I store it in a little container as shown in my pictures. I’m not sure if it’s helping my puppy but I also know that it’s not hurting him and turkey tail is one of the most studied mushrooms with cancer fighting capabilities, specifically, tumors. My parents have been taking turkey tail mushroom capsules for over four years now, and this is the first time we have tried the Longevity Botanical brand. The one we usually get is a 400mg capsule, recommending 2-4 capsules a day, taken twice daily. The Longevity Botanical Capsules, which are the same size, are 900mg, 3 capsules taken once a day. Although some will say the capsule shells are safe to ingest, I still believe taking less is better. A stronger concentration capsule like this one allows my parents to do that. Taking only one time a day is also much easier for them. There are a lot of different Turkey Tail Capsules out there, so it’s hard to decipher which one is best. It will take longer than the 30 day Vine review period to really know if this is a decent product. However, this being a USDA-certified product gives us at least some confidence that it is safe to consume. After doing some research, it seems this brand is available mainly by Amazon or their own website. The same bottle is sold on their own website for only $55.00, with free shipping. At the time of writing this review, Amazon has it for $69.99. If you are going to try this product, might as well go make the purchase there instead.

It comes with 240 capsules and you take one a day so it lasts you 2/3rds of a year for around $60. Overall, I find the capsules easy to swallow, just make sure you drink something along with it as you do most capsules. I don't notice a flavour which is ideal since I'm not the biggest fan of the taste of turkey tail. I also really like the packaging, it just looks nice sitting on my desk. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a turkey tail supplement!

I've been taking various medicinal mushrooms off and on for several years now. I've mostly consumed them as tea or coffee and never in a capsule. Capsules are much easier for traveling and more convenient in general. Turkey Tail Mushrooms are supposed to help with immunity and longevity. Although I think I would need a longer period of time to see any real effects I wanted to add these to my supplement routine as a bit of an extra kick to my immune system. These capsules are on the smaller side and have a slight earthy odour. They are very easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I haven't experienced anything negative from these. This is a huge bottle of 240 capsules and it is recommended to take three a day. I feel that this is a nice addition to my other supplements. Have to cover all the bases with your health.

I have tried Turkey Tail supplements before and wanted to try this one out - mostly because of the price point and the value this product holds. My purpose for taking these is aiding my immunity. I only consume 600mg per day in the morning, empty stomach so this bottle will last me 4 months which is great. I will be ordering another bottle for sure. The size of the capsule is not big, no bad after-taste or burping as such, easy to swallow and I did not face any digestive issues - but I have been taking this item for a long time now. It is 3rd party tested, non GMO certified, made in North America and the extraction method used is HOT WATER which is the preferred method so all these factors lend a lot of credibility to the brand and the product itself. They also claim to only have used 100% of fruiting body so I do have good hopes and expectations from this. So far it has been great.

The capsules are smaller then most these days in I believe size "0" , I put a capsule thats size "00" beside them for comparison. These are pretty easy to swallow and have virtually no taste. Turkey tail has been shown to help out your immune system and is a great supplement for anyone to take. Its recommended to take 3 capsules per day which would make this product last 80 days or just under 3 months , but you could also just take two or one if you want the product to last longer or like me you already take mushroom capsules that have multiple mushrooms that already contain turkey tail. The overall quality looks good and the price is decent as well.

Not all mushroom supplements are made equal, and this brand has some key benefits over competing brands: 3rd party testing, USDA Organic, and USA manufactured, and high beta d glucans. I wish it didn't contain silicone dioxide as an anticaking agent, but it's not a deal breaker for me considering these other benefits. This brand would otherwise be an absolute unicorn. I'm still rounding up to 5 stars because the other benefits are hard to find at a decent price.

USA manufacturing is very important to me. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing, I can extend my trust as well as the sourced ingredients. I have been taking good mushroom blends. Now I can kick up a little of which one that is benefiting me the most. I also ordered another one of this company's single mushroom supplements. It's good to have single ingredient supplements.
